These terms govern your use of this website and the quotation and purchase of products from Kirin Global LLC.
01Quotations
Information on this site, including specifications and lead times, is indicative and does not constitute an offer. A binding contract exists only when both parties sign a written agreement.
02Product specifications
Specifications may change as hardware is revised. The specification confirmed in your order acknowledgement is the one that applies to your order.
03Intellectual property
The NexComm platform, its console, its firmware and the artwork on this site belong to Kirin Global LLC or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a licence to reproduce them.
04Acceptable use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or to the enquiry API, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the site to distribute unlawful material.
05Sample units
Sample units are supplied as a chargeable sample order. The sample fee is quoted per model and customisation level and is credited against a subsequent production order as agreed.
06Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Questions about them can be sent to global@kirin.llc or to our Albuquerque office.
